Rebill is developed by Eezo Lab Development and Innovation (operating as Eezo Labs). This policy explains how Rebill handles your data.
Rebill is designed to keep your subscription data on your own devices. We do not operate servers that store your financial information, we do not sell data, and we do not use analytics, advertising SDKs, or third-party trackers.
All subscription information you enter — merchant names, amounts, renewal dates, categories, notes, and price history — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.
If you are signed into iCloud, Rebill automatically syncs your subscription data through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored under your Apple ID in Apple's iCloud infrastructure, not on any server operated by Eezo Labs. We cannot access, read, or export your iCloud-stored data.
iCloud usage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync for Rebill anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud.
Rebill offers optional in-app purchases processed by Apple through StoreKit. Eezo Labs never sees or stores your payment information — all transactions are handled directly by Apple. We receive only anonymous purchase receipts necessary to unlock features you've paid for.
Rebill does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or third-party tracking tools. We do not track which features you use, how long you spend in the app, or any behavioral data.
Rebill does not integrate with or send your data to any third-party services, with the exception of Apple's iCloud and StoreKit as described above.
Rebill is not directed at children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
Since Rebill does not store your data on our servers, there is no server-side deletion to request. To delete your data:
